 Return Policy
As with most stores, we generally do not accept returns as these are personalized items. Your order will be custom made to your specifications and typically cannot be resold to someone else if returned.
If there is a gross error on our part, or a defect in the product, we will work with you to resolve the error or defect, with either a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
Please be sure to supply us with the appropriate size. If resizing is needed, we are happy to resize the bracelet for you for a fee. Please see "Restringing or Repair a Bracelet" link to order.
We can also repair/restring any broken/damaged bracelets made by other merchants for a small charge (email for a quote). For the Mother's Bracelets & Grandmother's Bracelets, we can add additional strands when needed. :-)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so please communicate any special requests to us at the time of your order.
Please do not return any product to us without prior authorization. To obtain authorization, please call 1-888-273-4966 or send an email.
We will not be responsible for damage or lost shipments sent to us. Please insure your package.
